These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and saggili ("saggili," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at saggili.vip and its associated sub-domains and mobile-optimized versions (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with saggili's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

Each Player may maintain only one (1) Account on the saggili Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether registered under different names, mobile numbers, or device identifiers — constitute a breach of these Terms. saggili reserves the right to suspend all such accounts and forfeit balances in multiple-account situations pending investigation.
You agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information when registering your saggili Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, and Philippine mobile number. You must update your Account information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension or termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any one-time PINs issued via SMS. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. saggili will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain credential security. You agree to notify saggili's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account.
Accounts on saggili are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or gift your Account or any Balance therein to another person. Any attempt to do so is void and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
saggili is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawals and upon reaching certain deposit thresholds. The KYC process requires you to submit a clear photograph of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document — such as an SSS Card, PhilHealth ID, Driver's License, or Philippine Passport — together with a live selfie for facial comparison.
Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period of being requested to do so will result in withdrawal processing being withheld until verification is complete. saggili reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time where required for compliance purposes.
saggili accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your saggili Balance immediately upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. saggili does not charge processing fees on standard deposit transactions, though your payment provider may apply its own service charges.
The minimum withdrawal amount from a saggili Account is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method registered on your Account. saggili will only process withdrawals to accounts or e-wallets that belong to and are verified in the name of the Account holder — third-party withdrawals are prohibited. Verified Accounts receive e-wallet (GCash/Maya) withdrawals within 5 to 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on banking infrastructure and cut-off times.
All Account balances and transactions on saggili are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. USDT TRC20 deposits are converted to PHP at saggili's prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
saggili complies with the Philippines' Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing regulations. Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. saggili reserves the right to flag, freeze, or report any transaction that appears inconsistent with a Player's declared source of funds or that triggers AML threshold reporting requirements.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives offered by saggili are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms applicable to each promotion. In all cases where specific promotion terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotion terms govern.
Bonus funds credited to a saggili Account cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met. The Wagering Requirement for each promotion will be stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Wagers placed on games with an RTP above 97% or on certain live dealer side bets may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements, as specified in the individual promotion terms.
saggili reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to suspend or terminate Accounts where saggili has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing low-risk cover bets to artificially meet wagering requirements, or any coordinated strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming activity.
Bonuses not utilized within their stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's Account Balance without notice. saggili is under no obligation to reinstate expired bonus credits.
Each game available on the saggili Platform operates according to its own published rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of any dispute regarding a game outcome, the saggili server logs constitute the authoritative record.
Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and by table on the saggili Platform. Bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface prior to wagering. saggili reserves the right to impose additional bet limits on individual Accounts at its discretion.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure during a game round, the affected round may be declared void at saggili's discretion. Wagers placed in void rounds will be refunded to the Player's Account. saggili is not liable for losses sustained as a result of technical errors beyond its reasonable control, including network outages or third-party provider failures.
If a Player's internet connection is disrupted during a live game round, the round will continue to completion according to its standard rules. The outcome will be recorded on saggili's servers and will be final. saggili is not liable for losses arising from connectivity interruptions on the Player's end.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the saggili Platform. Violation of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities where warranted:
All content on the saggili Platform — including but not limited to the saggili brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game assets, software, and interfaces — is the property of saggili or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any saggili content without prior written authorization from saggili. Unauthorized use of saggili's intellectual property may give rise to legal liability.
saggili collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at saggili.vip/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data required for KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.
saggili will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with PAGCOR, payment processors, game providers, and law enforcement authorities where required by regulation or court order.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, saggili's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the amount of the Player's net deposits to their saggili Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit saggili's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
saggili reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) there is a reasonable basis to suspect a breach of these Terms; (b) a fraud, AML, or KYC investigation is ongoing; (c) required by PAGCOR directive; or (d) the Account holder is identified as a self-excluded or excluded person.
saggili may terminate an Account permanently upon confirmation of a material breach of these Terms, the completion of an investigation resulting in a finding of prohibited conduct, or regulatory instruction. Upon termination for breach, any remaining Balance may be frozen pending investigation or forfeited to the extent permitted by PAGCOR regulations.
You may close your saggili Account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon a valid closure request, any verified withdrawable Balance will be processed to your registered payment method within saggili's standard withdrawal timeframes. Bonus credits with unfulfilled wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or statutory — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to first contact saggili's customer support team so that the matter can be reviewed and resolved informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR through its applicable player dispute resolution mechanism.
For disputes that proceed to litigation, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
saggili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via SMS notification to the mobile number registered on the Account, or via a prominent notice on the saggili Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14.3.
